We’re currently recruiting for a confident and ambitious Customer Service Executive to join a growing team within a well-established logistics company based in Biggleswade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within logistics and transport. Full training will be provided in transport planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key point of contact between customers and drivers
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Assisting with route planning and scheduling (training provided)
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate delivery records
- Working closely with the wider operations team to ensure smooth daily logistics
