You’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality, market-leading logistics service, while working independently within a secure office environment. Key Responsibilities * Handling general customer service queries professionally and efficiently * Liaising with customers via telephone and email * Managing inbound calls and making outbound calls when required * Planning and routing pallet network schedules for the following morning * Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service * Working independently and using your own initiative * Maintaining a professional and positive approach when dealing with customers and colleagues Working Hours Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00pm – 7:00am 12-hour shifts each day | 36-hour working week This is a weekend night-shift position, with the successful candidate working independently within a secure office environment. About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced in customer service, ideally within the transport or logistics industry * Self-motivated, reliable and organised * Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email * Comfortable working independently and making decisions using their own initiative * Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing company * Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment What’s on offer Our client is a rapidly growing company that has continued to expand year on year.
