Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to lead high-quality social work for adolescents in the South Adolescent Team. The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract or possible secondment, with flexible/home working options and countywide travel.
You will support the Team Manager, mentor colleagues, and drive the Families First reforms pilot in East Cambridgeshire while managing a small caseload of vulnerable youths aged 12 and above.
