Cambridgeshire County Council seeks a Senior Practitioner for the Leaving Care Team. This part-time 30-hour role (12 months fixed-term or secondment) covers Cambridgeshire, with hybrid home and office working. The office base can be Noble House in Ely or Scott House in Huntingdon.
You will lead practice for care-experienced young people aged 16–25, manage complex cases, supervise colleagues, and collaborate with partners to secure education, employment and training opportunities.
