PPC / Digital Campaign Delivery / Digital Marketing Hybrid - Must be able to commute to North Devon minimum 2 days a week.

My client is an integrated agency, based in the Devon region with clients based across the UK and reaching as far as the States. Led by a highly regarded MD, they continually attract new business and have set the agency resources to manage and deliver strategic marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Devon for the role of Digital Account Director. The role involves managing large PPC campaigns, high-level digital strategies, leading digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing project execution. This person will collaborate with creative teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and communicate with stakeholders to drive the success of digital initiatives. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance, analysing data for optimisation, and fostering client relationships to ensure goals are consistently met.

You will have worked on campaigns yourself and worked your way up to this level. You must have a genuine working knowledge of delivering PPC and Digital projects for a digital agency and therefore able to converse with your clients and understand the end target and get the client a positive ROI. Leading a team, you will lead and motivate by proven working example!

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Digital Strategy, PPC, Campaign Development, and Online Media Planning
  • Strong leadership skills in managing teams and cross-functional collaborations
  • Experience with Performance Analysis, Data Optimisation, and Dashboard Tools
  • Knowledge of Emerging Technologies and Trends in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills along with terminology understanding
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced working environment
  • Experience within the digital or creative industries for a UK agency.

Salary is dependant on your experience there is opportunity at £50,000 or for senior experience, to £70,000 Plus a brilliant benefits package which include an opportunity for volunteering leave.
