I am looking to speak with an experienced Care Home Manager who has proven experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs. The children's needs are complex and this is why I am looking for a Manager who can bring a wealth of knowledge within a children's residential setting and someone who can lead their team in the delivery of compassionate and supportive care.
