Responsibilities
- In this key position, you will report into the client services team and become the go‑to person for all administrative support connected to the full event life cycle.
- Using the Cvent IT system to create the event online for bookings, ensuring all details are correct and within brand guidelines.
- Create approval paperwork for all venues.
- Amend paperwork with any changes and ensure the team is updated on the system.
- Liaise with delegates attending to help with accommodation or travel queries.
- Build event surveys used for improvements.
To be considered, you must be office based so the team can tap in to you. You must have IT skills relevant to database/booking systems – Cvent would be perfect. Strong customer service and administration skills are essential. There will be the opportunity to attend events, so some flexibility is required.
