Head of Client Services - Digital Media in Cheshire, Warrington

Advertising Agency, based in Devon are looking to bring on someone who can be the lynchpin to lead the client services team and report in to the MD.

This extremely successful agency is winning business and building on this success, require a strategically minded candidate who can bring proven experience within these requirements –

• Proven client management experience, leading on their media and digital marketing campaigns
• Confident in challenging and guiding clients on their campaign
• Able to converse on creative advertising, media planning and buying, paid digital campaigns – this is a non-negotiable skillset
• Team management, resourcing for client projects and ensuring the team are motivated and able to deliver
• Client account profitability and able to explore growth opportunities
• Naturally curious about your clients business and aims, keen to know your brands and their goals
• Able to evaluate media and digital proposals and bold to make recommendations and hold your own in client meets
• Team management and responsible for mentoring and resourcing your team across campaigns
• Flexibility to fly in to Canada for client meet monthly
• Right to work in the UK
