Residential Children’s Care Home Manager

£55,000 to £60,000

East London / Essex

I am looking to speak with an experienced Care Home Manager who has proven experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs. The children’s needs are complex and this is why I am looking for a Manager who can bring a wealth of knowledge within a children’s residential setting and someone who can lead their team in the delivery of compassionate and supportive care.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years at managerial level within a similar care home
  • Advanced knowledge of safeguarding
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Ideally Ofsted registered or working towards the registration
  • NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children and Young Adults)
  • Full UK drivers license

You must have the right to work, sponsorship is not provided.
