Event Delegate Coordinator - 25 hours over 5 days
My client oversees the delivery of bespoke industry events. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing delegates that are attending and offer a smooth transition from their ticket purchase to attending the event. Supporting the Event Director, you will join a busy and growing team! With real accountability, you will be pivotal in the delegates' events registration and attendance.
To be considered I need the following:
- Proven experience of using Cvent software package (or something very similar)
- Able to create new events on the system
- Event administration support
- Able to prepare event documentation and registration
- Offer advice to delegates and answer queries - this is why the role is over 5 days
- Book travel and hotel accommodation
- Multi-tasking, great at time scheduling and eye for detail
Events take place across England and Ireland. From time to time, the flexibility to attend the event is highly desirable. Please do get in touch for more information.
