My client is looking to bring on an experienced Health and Safety Facilities Manager. Delivering facilities management to our existing and future instructions. The FM is responsible for the provision of hard & soft facilities management, statutory Health & Safety compliance and environmental compliance to our occupiers and visitors.
The Safety and Facilities Management department is crucial to the effective delivery of Property Management and is involved in managing a national portfolio of residential schemes. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring exacting standards of presentation and maintenance is delivered on each property they look after. Overseeing the safety, compliance, and operation of the property, developing positive occupier relationships; working with Management Surveyors to deliver high-quality property management for the benefit of Savills clients and occupiers.
Key skills required include:
- IOSH & or NEBOSH
- Hard and Soft facilities experience
- Build to Rent / Property facilities management
- Ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
- Undertake risk assessments
- Maintain compliance KPIs
- Ensure highest quality maintenance, cleaning and redecorations are undertaken by maintenance team
- Managing diary for site visits
- Able to commute across the region from Bath to Brighton
