This is an opportunity to join one of the most innovative and fast growing businesses in the South West. A start up business which was founded by the directors a number of years ago, they have built their brand and designed a range of bespoke outdoor clothing and they are looking to take the business to the next level.
A hybrid position, this is a brand new role therefore you need to be based locally and based 3 days in the Devon office. This is a pivotal role and once on board, you will be growing a team of experienced marketeers to join you.
Responsibilities- Planning and implementing the marketing strategies
- Managing a marketing budget and ROI
- Overseeing brand & product marketing along with external digital communications across social platforms
- Plan the videography and photography shoots
- Developing POS, Event stands and brand literature ensuring the message is within the brand guidelines
- Product research and development
- Analyse campaign results
- Research the competition and make recommendations to keep the brand in the lead
- Able to work within the DTC, Retail stockists and brand ambassadors
The role is based in North Devon therefore you will need to be local. There are events nationally so flexibility to travel is a bonus.
Experience- Minimum of 3 years marketing management experience
- You will have Equestrian sector knowledge. Ideally experience working with an equestrian consumer product, direct to consumer marketing.
- You need to have worked within a consumer product marketing role
- Delivering marketing strategies across digital channels
- Research and development for new products
- Able to lead and motivate a team of digital marketing and content creators.
- Create the marketing strategy across the whole business - New product launches, marketing communications, events and socials
