My client offers rural advice and professional services, they manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.
They are looking for a highly passionate and motivated individual to be part of our ever-growing entity.
The role I am recruiting for is unique to the rest of the industry which gives clients the best experience during a property transaction. My client is a leading, independent multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Warwickshire and Midlands area.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing the sales process through to a smooth completion. I am looking for someone who has a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
