Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a well-established company based in Blaydon-On-Tyne!

The Company:

Established more than 40 years ago, the company are a specialist electrical/mechanical contractor to the electrical supply industry and other large consumers of electricity. The company specialises in repair and refurbishment of power transformers and associated high voltage plant.

Due to a rapidly expanding order book and customer base, they are now looking to employ an experienced Welder / Fabricator on a full-time basis.

The Role:

  • Welding and fabrication
  • Work within a team to high standards of quality
  • Work to health & safety guidelines
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standard

Candidate Requirement:

  • Previous Welding/Fabrication experience
  • Have the ability to understand engineering/fabrication drawings
  • Possess good working skills and attitudes

Job Type: Permanent / Full time

Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
