About The Role:
They are an established large format design, print & signage company based in Hertfordshire & have an exciting role for the right person. The role includes managing the workflow and daily administrative support for client services plus managing crossover tasks such as booking installers, coordination of workflow, creating job sheets, O&M documents and RAMS. These documents will be then put into the production system to ensure everyone is properly informed and instructed so they can simply do their work!
The role will also involve coordinating project timings, expenditures (to a degree) and scheduling. Additionally, this person will act as the primary client liaison, serving as the interface between our in-house team and external clients.
