Building their excellent reputation producing quality one-offs and small batch items, proud to work with companies across all sectors of engineering. They are looking to recruit multiple Skilled Welder / Fabricators to join their busy team.
Candidate Requirements:
- You will be a skilled fabricator with 8+ years’ experience
- In cooperation with all departments, ensure customer delivery schedules are met
- A competent Stainless Steel TIG Welder
- Able to finish work to a high standard
- Have proficient inspection techniques
- Able to assess and plan work according to timeframes and recommend process improvements
- Able to discuss your work with intelligence and openness
- Be a responsible member of the team
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on the shopfloor
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Company Benefits:
- Excellent salary: £16 - £18 per hour
- The option of a 4 day, 38-hour week (Mon - Thurs 07:00 till 17:00) or 5-day week 08:00 – 16:30 Mon – Thus & 08:00 – 14:00 Friday
- Optional overtime available
- 30 Days Holiday (including bank holiday) +1 day after 5 years’ service
