Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

The Company: They are an NSI Gold company based at their Harrietsham office, Kent. Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Trainee Security and Systems Engineers. The successful candidate would join their team to carry out installation, maintenance, and support on a full range of security systems. Opportunities may arise for working overseas. We work primarily in the Southeast and London. There may be a requirement to work away from home occasionally as part of a team.

Role & Requirements: They are looking for a highly motivated person who wishes to start or further develop a career in security systems. You should have a good level of verbal & written communication and the ability to work well within a team. Be aged 21 or older, due to vehicle insurance requirements. It is imperative the role holder can follow instruction and adhere to health and safety directives. On completion of the training, the role includes on-call work, and you will be added to the Company’s on-call rota.

To be considered you need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills, and a clean, tidy, and professional work ethic.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to changing environments, products, and requirements.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Desired Attributes:

  • A working knowledge with electrical installation or the construction industry. Knowledge of Access and Entry Control systems, Emergency Call Systems, IP CCTV, and Intruder Alarms would be an advantage.
