About The Company: They specialise in the design and manufacture of high-quality custom engineering and training equipment for a diverse range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled individual to help deliver high-standard fabrication and pipework installations across their projects. The role will involve working in our workshops in Kilmarnock and Irvine and on customer sites across the West of Scotland.
About The Role:
- Stainless and carbon pipework fabrication
- TIG welding pipe assemblies
- Installing pipe systems on customer sites
- Fabricating components in the workshop
- Working on custom engineering and training equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Measure, fabricate and install pipework systems
- TIG weld and assemble pipe components
- Prepare materials by cutting, clamping and fitting
- Inspect welds to ensure high quality and defect-free finishes
- Follow company safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in pipe fitting and fabrication
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- TIG welding experience required
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
