The role requires a self-motivated individual, who can work efficiently and proactively whilst maintaining accuracy to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the parts and warranty department. In addition, administrative duties include arranging appointments over the phone, allowing for a varied day that keeps you busy.
Duties will include:
- Accurate supply of parts to the workshop; through the pre-picks and upsell processes
- Effective stock management processes; placing stock orders, locating stock and processing associated administration with accuracy
- Confidence in making and taking calls to arrange appointments and respond to enquiries to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
- Appropriate upsell of parts, service offers and retention products
- Accurate processing of warranty claims
