Our goal is to grow the Peterborough location and expand nationwide with other FASTSIGNS locations, spearheaded by the Franchise Manager who will play a key part in growing FASTSIGNS Peterborough to its full potential and embracing the opportunity to replicate this in future sites.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, business minded, hardworking and has the drive and competency to work collaboratively with senior management to bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Franchise Manager, you will be at the helm of our operations, responsible for ensuring all business processes function seamlessly and efficiently. This includes overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
- In the area of sales, you will establish and drive sales targets that align with business objectives, motivating the sales team to not only meet but exceed these benchmarks. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities through networking and cultivating client relationships, while also analysing market trends to adapt sales strategies in a dynamic environment. Aiding in the strategic training and support of the sales team will bolster their competencies and performance.
- A part of your role will involve developing local digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence. This includes creating engaging content across our social media platforms to foster strong community engagement, regularly updating and optimising our website for improved user experience and SEO performance, and managing our Google Business profile to attract positive customer reviews.
- Strategic growth will be a core focus, as you collaborate with senior management to design and enact scalable plans for expansion and future scalability, paving your path toward potentially becoming an Area Manager. Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with a growth mindset, someone who is naturally ambitious, motivated, open to learning (and adopting the franchise operating model), and proactive in addressing challenges to drive growth. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role and evidence of managing teams and operations effectively.
Your sales expertise should echo past successes in management and relationship-building, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Leadership capabilities are paramount; the ability to inspire, develop, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work culture is critical.
A strong competence in digital marketing and an understanding of digital tools and analytics is also preferable.
