Excellent opportunity for Construction Site Operatives / Tank Installers to join a well-established company based in Derby.
The Company:
Established for over 40 years, the company has a wealth of experience in the design and construction of sectional steel tanks and associated disciplines. As Goodwin Tanks operate in the water industry, all employees were assigned the status of ‘critical worker’ which provided job security with continued operation throughout the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to further growth, they are now looking for Tank Installers / Construction Site Operatives / Construction Supervisors to join their team.
Role and responsibilities; but not limited to:
- Capable all-rounder to work throughout the UK in a small gang carrying out sectional steel tank installation, associated works and basic civils.
- Some local work but mainly working away during the week with some weekend working.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence, CSCS card and some basic experience of a construction site work essential.
- Any other relevant certified training would be advantageous (CPCS, PASMA, IPAF, working at height, first aid, abrasive wheels, confined spaces, etc.)
Pickup Derby area.
All necessary transport, accommodation, training, tools and PPE provided.
In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate, negotiable depending on training and experience, and ample opportunities for progression within Goodwin Tanks.
