Job Description: The company are looking for a commercially focused Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role will involve both pre-contract estimating and post-contract commercial management, with responsibility for accurate pricing, take-offs, valuations, measures, labour schedules and variations. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good construction knowledge and the ability to manage costs from initial tender through to project completion.
