An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established company based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

They have extensive experience of meeting the needs of their clients across a broad range of industrial applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our clients dynamic cylinder workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Stripping, assembling, repairing and testing hydraulic cylinders and equipment across various projects.
  • Strip down hydraulic cylinders.
  • Ensuring company procedures and policies are followed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on plant, site or manufacturing facilities as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately for quality control purposes.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to fabrication dimensions or material quantities.

Permanent Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Overtime available.

Holidays: 20 days holiday per year (to be accrued) plus bank holidays.
