They have extensive experience of meeting the needs of their clients across a broad range of industrial applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our clients dynamic cylinder workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Stripping, assembling, repairing and testing hydraulic cylinders and equipment across various projects.
- Strip down hydraulic cylinders.
- Ensuring company procedures and policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on plant, site or manufacturing facilities as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
- Ability to use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately for quality control purposes.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to fabrication dimensions or material quantities.
Permanent Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Overtime available.
Holidays: 20 days holiday per year (to be accrued) plus bank holidays.
