They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs
- Booking in emergency/reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Providing quotations to clients
- Raising purchase orders
- Ordering materials
- General admin and filing
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
- Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley, Hertfordshire
- Good communication skills
- Excellent speaking and written English
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills
