Salary: Competitive Salary of Β£30,000 PA, Depending on Experience.

Location: Site Based - Cimpor, Bristol Docks BS11.

Job Description:

The company are now looking to recruit a Document Control/Office Administrator to develop and maintain the document management system on a large project.

Key Duties:

Maintain and manage all project documents in an accurate and easily accessible manner

Handling, scanning, storing and verification of all site Documents and orders efficiently

Filing and archiving all relevant Documentation in line with the Project and business requirements

Updating and developing document registers and databases for retrieving of files in a professional format

Providing basic admin support to the site management team, daily office duties, ordering of plant, materials, consumables, printing, daily office management

Maintain site records, meeting notes, induction records, supporting the Project and Commercial function

Liaise with the Client Document Control team to ensure Project and business compliance is adhered such as the use of 4Projects and other similar document control software systems

Success Measures:

Accurate filing system

Ability to record and store data and documents efficiently and in a timely fashion

Ability to communicate with the Project team providing accurate efficient support

Maintain deadlines and comply with Document control procedures

Ensure good client and project team relationship

Responsible for accurate data collation and use in the O&M project submission

Skills & Experience:

Min of 5 years relevant Experience

Excellent organisational skills and ability to complete multiple daily tasks in a timely manner

Excellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines

Proficient I.T. skills in word, Excel, outlook etc.

Previous experience of document software such as 4Projects, SharePoint

Ability work on own initiative

Team player

Core Competencies:

Experience with Document control software

Ability to work unsupervised to complete daily tasks accurately and on time

Ability to provide reports and retrieve information as necessary and for future use

Ability to work with the Project team to meet the Project goals

Reliable, proactive and highly organised

Previous Experience in a busy office/site Environment role
