Role & Requirements: Due to a member of staff leaving, the company now requires an experienced Office Administrator to work in a busy office of a growing accident repair company. A flexible and versatile individual is required to cover the following duties:
- Data Input and substantial amount of typing
- Answering telephones and directing calls to the correct person/department.
- Typing of Invoices and Estimates
- Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Etc)
- Must have excellent typing skills (RSA Standard) – touch typist
- Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience of the Motor Trade preferred
