Salary: £28,250 - £34,000 Per Annum, DOE + Performance Based Bonus.

Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

About The Company:

The Company are a leading provider of professional audio repair and maintenance in the UK. They are the exclusive UK repair centre for high quality professional audio equipment including RCF Spa, Nexo SA and EAW. They are currently seeking a skilled Audio Service Engineer to join their technical team in Potters Bar. This is a critical role requiring a mix of traditional electronics expertise and modern networking knowledge. Additional training will be provided where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair a diverse range of professional audio equipment, including mixers, amplifiers, microphones, audio networking products and speakers.
  • Component-Level Work: Perform precision soldering and re-work on through hole and SMD boards (SOT-23, 1206, SOIC, and smaller).
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance to customers via phone and email.
  • Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards of accuracy and efficiency for all repairs.
  • Technology Updates: Stay current with evolving audio technologies and manufacturer-specific software.
