As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an accomplished Kitchen Sales Designer to join their team in the new showroom in Amersham.
This role is suited to a confident, commercially astute designer who thrives in a consultative sales environment and takes pride in delivering beautifully resolved, technically accurate kitchen designs. You will work with discerning private clients who expect best-in-class service and design expertise.
About The Role:
- Delivering a premium, design-led sales experience aligned with the PGK brand
- Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle, spatial, and aesthetic requirements
- Producing high-quality kitchen designs using CAD software, supported by detailed product knowledge
- Confidently presenting and selling complete kitchen projects, including appliances and accessories
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from enquiry to order confirmation
- Building strong, long-term client relationships through professional communication and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
This position is strictly for experienced retail kitchen sales designers operating at the premium end of the market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in retail kitchen design and sales
- Strong CAD design capability, with examples of recent work and demonstrable sales success
- A consultative, service-led sales approach rather than transactional selling
- High standards of written and verbal communication, reflecting a premium brand environment
- Confidence, professionalism, and commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation
- Experience with German kitchen brands is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a 5-day rota (Monday to Saturday)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
