Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2) (Light vehicle skilled mechanics will be considered for alternative positions)
- Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering environment.
- A PCV licence or the willingness to gain a PCV licence is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with buses and coaches would be advantageous; however, HGV and light-vehicle mechanics should also apply.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and carry out vehicle repairs, servicing and parts replacement
- Diagnose vehicle faults and specify the correct method of repair and parts to be used.
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing and examinations to DVSA standards.
- Attend on-road vehicle breakdowns.
- Have the ability to work at the highest Health & Safety standards.
