About The Role You'll work on a wide variety of residential construction projects including: High-end home renovations Extensions Loft and garage conversions Luxury kitchen installations Bathroom refurbishments Bespoke new-build developments Design and build projects No two projects are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and client interaction. Key Duties As part of the commercial team you will: Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions Measure drawings and produce Bills of Quantities Carry out digital take-offs from architectural and structural drawings Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Produce project budgets and cost plans Monitor project costs and profitability Price variations and additional works throughout live projects Assist with procurement of subcontractors and materials Prepare interim valuations and final accounts Develop estimating systems, templates and cost databases Client
