Job Description Revit Design Engineer – Construction Stage Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Winnersh, Wokingham, Berkshire (office-based, with occasional site visits) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent They are a family-owned, turnkey design-and-build specialist creating production facilities for food, drink and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Since 2012 they have taken projects from concept through build and handover, so their engineers see their work built, often within weeks. The role Once a project is on site, the drawings need to keep pace with the build. You will keep the site teams working from current, accurate information across 8–12 live projects. The remaining 30% is new drawings, including existing layouts, site and traffic management plans and fire strategies. Revise architectural, structural and building services drawings quickly and accurately, right first time ~ Turn round urgent site requests on the same or next day ~ Coordinate with Contracts Managers, site teams and subcontractors ~ 2+ years' Revit experience on live construction projects, including families and revision control ~ A full UK driving licence ~ Food, pharma or industrial experience, or Navisworks, is a plus 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Company pension scheme ~ Discretionary bonus scheme on completing your 6-month probation and meeting performance targets ~ AXA health insurance, with optional family bolt-on ~
