Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, the post holder will be working as part of a team in a busy Fabrication workshop. You will be responsible for preparation and painting, as well assisting with assembly. Spray Painter - Job duties Working closely with your team, the contractor and other trades onsite. Inspection of products during preparation for any defects, e.g. welds, damage etc. To inform Quality Control of any major non-conformance. Preparing all items for painting. Prepare Primed surfaces in readiness for Top coating. Top Coat as per Contract or other specified requirement to correct thickness. Assembling Traffic Barriers and Gates both at head office and on site. Transport products using the Company Fork Lift Truck and overhead lifting equipment. Attend Training Courses as required.
