Type: Full-Time, Permanent – 45 Hours Per Week.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 07:00am to 17:15pm, Fridays from 07:00am to 13:00pm.

As a MIG Welder, you will be working with a variety of components, primarily welding mild steel.
Your role will involve handling materials, assembly tasks, welding, and other associated duties, ensuring compliance with all customer specifications and production deadlines.
Set, operate, and maintain MIG welding machines and related equipment Perform MIG welding primarily on mild steel Read and interpret engineering drawings to execute welding projects Diagnose and troubleshoot welding-related issues Carry out general fabrication tasks (cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.) Ensure production deadlines are met Report any issues or faults to the Production Supervisors Proven MIG/TIG welding experience (particularly in mild steel) Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry Excellent manual dexterity and a good understanding of English General fabrication knowledge (e. g., Additional welding experience, including TIG welding Competitive hourly rate: £17.00 ~25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays ~ Company pension scheme ~ Company events and social gatherings ~ Referral bonus scheme ~ Competitive overtime rates ~ On-site secure parking ~ Company closure over the Christmas period They promote from within and support their staff in their development and career progression.
