Why Join The Company:

If you live for the thrill of precision engineering, elite motorsport standards, and advanced manufacturing tech, this is your next career move. The company does not do boring mass production. They specialize in high-octane, fast-turnaround, small-batch projects where tight tolerances are the norm. You will be working with state-of-the-art 5-axis machinery and advanced automation, giving you the platform to showcase your true programming expertise in a high-respect environment.

About The Roles:

CNC Turner Position:

They are looking for an experienced CNC Turner / Setter / Operator to produce high-quality, one-off prototypes and small batches of complex precision components. Working with diverse high-grade materials, you will take total ownership of your workstation, interpreting drawings, programming/setting the machines, and verifying your own precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set & Operate: Program, set, and run CNC lathes to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts.
  • CAD/CAM Integration: Interpret CAD drawings and utilize OneCNC CAD/CAM software to optimize machining processes.
  • Quality Excellence: Maintain strict ISO9001 standards, self-inspecting your work with micrometres, verniers, and plug gauges.
  • Tooling & Setup: Execute tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain flawless production.
  • Machine Care: Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep our high-spec machinery running at peak performance.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside a passionate, close-knit engineering team to share insights and crush production goals.

Candidate Requirements:

The Essentials: Minimum of 3 years of proven precision engineering experience.

Controls Expert: Deep proficiency with FANUC controls is required. (Experience with HAAS or DMG Mori machines gives you a massive advantage).

Software Savvy: Strong ability to interpret CAD drawings; hands-on experience with OneCNC software is highly desirable.

Independence: A reliable professional who works brilliantly unsupervised and has a sharp eye for detail.

Bonus Skills: Manual turning experience is a major plus.

CNC Programmer Position:

They are looking for an elite 5-Axis Machinist who can seamlessly bridge the gap between programming, setting, and operating. You will take raw technical concepts and transform them into flawless, high-performance components. This role offers the perfect balance of independent ownership and tight-knit team collaboration, with the chance to program for "lights-out" automated manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Programming: Program, set up, and operate 5-axis machinery, including configuring automation systems for maximum "hours-out-of-hours" unmanned production.
  • CAD/CAM Translation: Interpret complex technical drawings and utilize Hypermill CAD/CAM designs to map out flawless machining paths.
  • Precision Inspection: Take total ownership of quality, executing strict inspection processes using both manual measuring equipment and CMM.
  • Fast-Paced Execution: Thrive in a rapid-turnaround, motorsport-paced environment without ever compromising on tight tolerances or ISO9001 standards.
  • Workspace Excellence: Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and safe work cell.

Candidate Requirements:

The Blueprint: Proven, hands-on experience programming and setting 5-axis CNC machines within a high-spec manufacturing or precision engineering environment.

Software Mastery: Strong familiarity with CAD/CAM software; Hypermill experience is highly preferred.

Technical Depth: Deep understanding of engineering drawings, tooling selection, metallurgy, and material specifications.

Motorsport Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Leadership Value: A willingness to learn new processes, with the ability to mentor or train others viewed as a major advantage.

Company Benefits:

  • Highly competitive base salary (dependent on experience).
  • Regular opportunities for overtime to boost your earnings.
  • A structured and modern workshop environment.
