Shift: 4 consecutive day shifts. 08:30 20:30 followed by 4 days off

They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the office base in Durham but working remotely in and around the Yorkshire region. This role involves covering the wider region and will suit an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
You will be responsible for a variety of electrical tasks across both domestic and commercial settings, including:
- Fault-finding, repairs, and testing
- Electrical upgrades and small installation works
- Minor circuit rewires, accessory upgrades, and new consumer unit installations
- Inspection, testing, and certification of completed work
This role also includes completing the relevant installation and minor works certificates, risk assessments, and online customer satisfaction documentation accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a customer-facing professional who:
- Is fully qualified and able to complete testing and relevant certification (MW/EIC)
- Has strong problem-solving and installation skills
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable, courteous, and respectful in customers' homes or premises
- Has experience across both commercial and domestic electrical work
Essential Skills and Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing qualification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with digital documentation and online reporting
- Fault finding and diagnostic skills (essential)
