They are a specialist manufacturing company dedicated to designing, crafting and installing exceptional bespoke kitchens and cabinetry. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and they are looking for a talented designer to join their team.
They provide a highly personalised, professional and attentive design service, tailoring their services to each client's individual requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, design-led manufacturing business.
The core elements of the role will cover all aspects of client consultation, produce designs and design proposals and convert sales:
- Drawing up designs using CAD software
- Producing designs and design proposals
- Liaising with clients to move the project forward and convert to a sale
The right candidate will be enthusiastic, driven and happy to work both on their own and as part of a small team, passionate about kitchen design and willing to learn. They should have a great eye for design, good attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to understand and interpret clients' needs and build relationships with them.
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar kitchen design or interior design role is required. Experience of using Office-type software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalents) is also necessary.
The role is full time, 5 days a week Monday to Saturday (with one day off during the week), with reduced hours on a time hours may be considered for exceptional candidates.
