Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00, 40 Hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation & commissioning of electronic fire & security systems, including intruder detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and fire safety systems in accordance with current standards.
- Planning, installing & commissioning new systems, as well as managing take-over, additions, and alterations to existing systems.
- Ensuring both company and client expectations are satisfied.
- Good communication skills with company, customers, and contractors while carrying out works.
- Working with customers and contractors to meet installation & specification requirements.
- Able to work from designs, specifications, and CAD drawings.
- Ability to work alone or within a team covering a defined geographical area.
- Complete all customer and company provided documentation, drawings, and data.
- Effective & efficient planning and management of works.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and toolbox talks.
- Proven experience in the installation and/or servicing of electronic fire safety systems and/or electronic security systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and/or electronic principles.
- Basic knowledge of IT, including an understanding of various Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles.
- No criminal record.
