The company specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV Systems for commercial, domestic, and government clients. Having built a reputation for excellence, they design, install, and maintain professional Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV Systems. Their clients trust them with everything from high-end residential properties to critical commercial and government infrastructure. The Opportunity:

They are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Security Systems Engineer to join their growing team. Depending on experience, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of security systems across London, the Southeast, and occasionally further afield. Quoting for new business and existing client upgrades along with managing installations will also become part of your role. An understanding of security networking equipment would be desirable. They can install any make/model of security system but typically they install Texecom, AJAX, AXIS, Avigilon, Hikvision and Ubiquiti systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of:
    • Intruder Alarms
    • IP CCTV (Smart & Networked)
    • Access Control & Entry Systems
    • Emergency Call Systems
    • Networking equipment (if applicable)
  • Fault-finding and preventative maintenance
  • Remote diagnostics and occasional on-site callouts
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Recognised Intruder Alarm and/or CCTV course (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Must be 21+ for insurance purposes
  • Able to pass BS7858:2019 security screening
