An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Administrator to join a well-established company based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
About The Company:
They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
They are currently recruiting an experienced building services administrator to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, dealing with incoming calls and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials, general admin and filing.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley. Hertfordshire.
Good communication skills.
Excellent speaking and written English.
Attention to detail.
Organisation skills.
Benefits:
25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.
Company pension scheme.
Provided lunch on the last Friday of each month.
Working Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5PM
