Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established company based in Greater Manchester.

Salary: £21.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday + callout rota

The Company: They are one of Manchester's most trusted property maintenance companies, providing fast, reliable repairs for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients across Greater Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting a Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join their team, ideal for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and delivering first-time fixes.

The Role: Reactive & Repairs Focused. You’ll be working mainly on day-to-day maintenance and emergency jobs, including:

  • Attending reactive electrical callouts and fault finding
  • Electrical repairs and making safe
  • Consumer unit upgrades and circuit alterations
  • Lighting and power fault diagnosis
  • EICRs and remedial works
  • Replacing accessories, breakers and wiring repairs
  • Supporting minor general maintenance when required
  • Completing job reports and photos via mobile app
  • Providing excellent customer service in occupied properties

You’ll represent the company on every job, working cleanly, safely and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully qualified electrician NVQ Level 3 & 18th Edition
  • Experience in reactive maintenance & repairs
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in domestic and commercial environments
  • 2391 Test & Inspection advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Ability to work away from home as and when required
