Career We are looking for someone familiar within the financial planning industry and passionate about redefining the client experience. This is a busy role requiring someone with a good understanding of financial planning administration and the drive to make a difference from your first day. About the role You will play a crucial role in shaping our clients service delivery within their Marlow hub. Dedicated to supporting one or two Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for every aspect of business facilitation from diary management and administrative support through to case management and client relationship building. To achieve success, it\’s essential to be approachable, exceptionally organised, and skilled at multitasking with ease. Accountabilities * Liaise with 3rd party providers and navigate provider platforms. * Process new business applications. * Co-ordinate Financial Planner’s diaries and arrange client meetings. * Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual review meeting packs. * Respond to email enquiries and liaise directly with clients. * Send prepared information and reports to clients. * Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines. * Explore solutions and stay updated with innovations by fully utilising our CRM system (they use Xplan) to enhance our digital financial planning tools. Skills and Experience * Experience of working in a similar administrative role, ideally within Financial Services. * Good level of knowledge across financial products including pensions, investments, mortgages and protection. * Proficient using IT with intermediate Excel skills, e.g. Pivot Tables. * Good communication skills, comfortable with numbers, and highly organised. * Capable of fact finding and analytical thinking. * Love it when you delight a client with great outcomes. * Want to be part of a team that appreciates you – we know you as a person.
