A landmark West London restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead service across a 160-cover modern French brasserie, bar and private dining room. The site has a long-standing reputation in the neighbourhood and has recently been reimagined under new ownership. The kitchen is led by a well-known London chef patron, the menu is ingredient-led modern French brasserie, and the guest base spans local regulars, destination diners and private events.
The role
- You'll own the floor through service leading the team, holding standards, managing the section structure, and working alongside the sommelier and bar lead.
- Outside service, you'll support the General Manager on rotas, stock, training and pre-shift briefings.
What we need
- Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager experience in a premium restaurant or comparable independent operation.
- Service-led visible on the floor, calm under pressure, sharp on standards.
- Solid grip on rotas, stock and labour cost.
