A high-performing hospitality group, known for some of the capital’s most dynamic and respected venues, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support its senior leadership team. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and operational follow-through; a manager’s manager who can turn strategic ideas into on-the-ground results.
The Role: Working closely with the Ops Director and Founder, you’ll be the central hub that translates high-level vision into day-to-day execution. The leadership team excels in top-level thinking but needs a grounded, focused, and detail-driven operator to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. From stock control and appraisals to maintenance, compliance, and P&L feedback, your job is to ensure consistent action and high standards across all venues. This is not a director role. It’s designed for someone who takes pride in being the engine room of operations calm, methodical, and communicative, with the respect of general managers and head chefs alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain operational structure across multiple sites
- Ensure follow-through on stocktakes, appraisals, end-of-day reports, and compliance
- Feedback on P&L performance and drive accountability for site standards
- Act as the critical link between strategic leadership and on-the-ground execution
- Build credibility and consistency across the wider team
- Be physically present across sites and maintain strong, respectful relationships
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback, maintenance, and internal systems
About You:
- Proven experience managing multiple high-quality hospitality sites
- Exceptional communicator and natural organiser
- Structured, detailed, and operationally focused
- Respected by general managers and chefs for your clarity and consistency
- Able to operate with confidence as a number two focused on execution over ego
- Female candidates encouraged to apply in line with team dynamic requirements
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and highly professional
Reporting Line:
You will report directly to the Operations Director, acting as their right hand in driving the business forward. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team and bring true operational discipline to some of London’s most exciting restaurants. If you’re a world-class manager ready to deliver at the highest level, we’d love to hear from you.
