An established, high-performing hospitality group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and elevate multiple premium venues in City of London. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on standards, structure, and execution, not firefighting.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the group, ensuring consistency, profitability, and outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint.
You will work closely with senior leadership and site-level General Managers to:
- Lead and support venue leadership teams
- Drive commercial performance and cost control
- Embed systems, standards, and best practice
