Head Sushi Chef, Japanese Hand Roll Bar, Covent Garden, up to £55,000 Our client is a Japanese hand roll bar and restaurant in the heart of the Covent Garden, moments from Piccadilly Circus. The concept pairs Japanese craftsmanship with exceptional British seafood, with every temaki prepared fresh to order at the counter using seasonal ingredients from British fishermen, farmers and producers. They are looking for a Head Sushi Chef to lead the counter and own the food.
