An established and expanding London restaurant group is looking for a Group People Manager to lead its people function across all sites on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You'll join in August with a full three-month handover from the current postholder, stepping in fully briefed and ready to take ownership of a role that keeps the whole operation running well.
What you'll do:
- Own the full employee lifecycle across the group, from recruitment through to offboarding.
- Partner with General Managers and Heads of Department on all people matters.
- Lead ER casework and keep the group compliant on current UK employment law.
- Support recruitment and onboarding for a new site opening later this year.
- Protect and build on a culture this business is genuinely recognised for.
What you'll bring:
- Proven People/HR management experience in multi-site hospitality or a comparable fast-paced operation.
- Strong, current UK employment law knowledge and hands-on ER casework experience.
- A track record owning the full employee lifecycle.
- CIPD qualification an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK.
