We are seeking an experienced Taiwanese Cuisine Chef to join our high-performance airline catering team in London. This is a full-time, permanent role based in West London, focused on preparing authentic Taiwanese dishes for premium in-flight service.
The ideal candidate is passionate about traditional Taiwanese flavours, thrives in a fast-paced, large-volume kitchen environment, and is confident leading culinary preparation to exacting standards. Mandarin fluency is essential for this role due to client and internal communication requirements.
Deliver high-volume meal preparation with strict adherence to food safety and airline specifications
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on Taiwanese techniques and presentation standards
Maintain excellent hygiene and workstation organisation
Monitor stock and assist in inventory management
Proven experience as a chef specialising in Taiwanese cuisine , ideally in a catering or large-scale production setting
Strong batch cooking and food presentation skills
Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory) for team and client communication
Confident managing food stock, wastage, and kitchen organisation
