As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. The Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality, tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, enabling them to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to pupils across all key stages, both individually and in small groups. Support the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a high standard of learning and progress. Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering feedback and guidance where necessary. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Support the implementation of interventions for pupils with additional needs. The Successful Candidate: We are looking for someone who: Has a Level 4 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Demonstrates strong knowledge of primary education and a passion for supporting children\’s learning. Has experience working in a primary school setting, preferably in a higher-level teaching assistant role. Is skilled in supporting children with diverse learning needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
