Recruitment Direct’s client requires 2 experienced Electricians for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works as part of a major 5-year housing association contract.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
- Must have a CSCS card – ideally trade specific
- Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
- Must have Public Liability Insurance
- Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one
- Must be willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
