Our client has recently secured a 5-year social housing refurbishment contract and is looking for an experienced Driver / Strip-Out Operative to join their growing team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
- Must have a CSCS card - ideally trade specific
- Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
- Must have Public Liability Insurance
- Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one
- Must be willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
